HAER Photos and Architectural / Engineering Drawings

Photos and drawings are from the Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) documents about the SRMSC. The References page has additional information about these documents.

• Photos
  • Photos by Benjamin Halpern. Scans were made from second or third generation Xerox copies, so the quality is not the best.
  • Descriptions used in photo galleries on this web site are from the HAER documents.
• Architectural / Engineering Drawings
  • Two versions of each drawing are available:

    Overview

    Smaller, low resolution images with important features and facilities labelled.

    Detail

    Large, high resolution images that preserve the detail of the original.

    These images will require scrolling when viewed with a browser (less for 1024 x 768 monitor resolution, more for 640 x 480).

    They can be downloaded and printed with photo editing software (Photoshop, Photo Deluxe, etc.). When printed in landscape mode on 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper, they should provide a full sized image.
