De-commissioning is in progress as evidenced by the de-installed equipment around the base of the MSR pyramid.

The device just to the right of the light standard was part of the barometric sensing system that detected the change in air pressure from a nuclear blast and activated seals in the MSR's blast doors and shutters in the power plant stacks to prevent damage.
