Montana PAR

The above photo from September 1973 shows the Malmstrom PAR site just before restoration. The PAR building is in the lower section of the photo, the power plant is to the right of center, and the heat sink is to the left of center.

During restoration, all below grade facilities were filled in and seeded (power plant and heat sink), leaving only the partially completed PAR building itself. See the Links page for a "Guided Tour" of the Conrad, MT, area and directions to the partially completed PAR building.
